Join us for The Colorado Paralysis Foundation’s Second Annual Golf Tournament

To register for the CPF’s Second Annual Golf Tournament fundraiser at Hiwan Golf Club on August 31, 2026, please fill out your details in the form below.

After registering for the event, please then make sure you submit payment via the button link below.

A fundraiser donation of $300 per golfer and $1,200 per foursome.

You will receive more information about the event in an email.
