He is the Authorized Representative (AR) and his focus is primarily on financial matters. He is the employer for his son under the CDASS program. He is diligent in the tracking of caregiver hours and expenses to ensure that the budget for each month is adhered to.

Rick graduated from Loyola University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and started his career with KPMG and left as an Audit Manager. He has been the Chief Financial Officer for multiple public and private companies. He currently provides financial advisory services with Stapleton Group.

Rick was on the Board of Directors with 3 public companies and was Chairman of the Audit Committee on two.

He is a member of the AICPA and the Turnaround Management Association.

In his free time, Rick enjoys golf, hiking, swimming, working out and scuba diving. He also enjoys time with family and friends as well as cooking.
